I have a couple of Broadlink RM Mini 3 that may or may not be powered on when home assistant starts up. I noticed that if one of them is offline during start up and becomes online after (lets say) 5 minutes, untill I restart home assistant, it’s not useable.
Also, if a device is online during startup, goes offline then online again, it will still work with home assistant.
Is there any other option that monitoring by device ip and restart hass when a device comes online? I’m trying to avoid restarting the home automation whenever a devices comes online…
