Broadlink RM4 Pro issues with RF commands / ceiling fans

Hi,

I own 2 ceiling fans from Casafan model eco Plano 2.

I am running HA on a Rpi and I used a broadlink rm4 pro to learn commands from the GUI with the original remotes (rf433).

The commands are Fan (on and increase speed) light (on off and increase brightness), revert (up or down) and off (stop fan).

After many many attempts to correctly learn the commands, the send command will not respond as intended for example the Fan command will switch on the fan but also the light. I cannot find how to fix this and make this reliable.

Also I couldn’t access the hidden storage folder at all to edit and see the commands (real newbie here).

I have a similar issue. I have 2 fans with RF control, light and six speeds. Using the developer tool it learned the light control and 1 or 2 speed immediately. The other speeds took a few tries.
Now I can control light but not speeds. Fan beeps to say received a signal but only light function works.

Hi, what brand of fans are you using, Casafan as well?
