Broadlink RM4 Pro Trouble Learning Some Buttons On One Remote

Hey All, I am trying to get my remotes set up and I had no problem with 3 of them but with the Spectrum Guide Remote (picture), it reads only 6 of the buttons which are the top 3 and the 3 in the vol section. When I try to learn ch up or anything else, nothing happens and it times out.

I have a Logitech Harmony remote as well that I have been using but I am preparing to move away from and I tried copying those buttons and it recorded them but when I went to test them they didn’t work.

Any ideas as to what I can do to finish it?

Are you sure the rest of those buttons aren’t Bluetooth?

If they are you will need to move to a Harmony Hub rather than the RM4

That would explain a lot but it doesn’t seem to be the case. I looked up a couple of manuals and there is no mention of any of it being bluetooth.

Ok - here is a suggestion. is your Harmony remote IR only? If so is there a matching Spectrum device in the Harmony database, can you load it to your Harmony and does it work?

I so, try learning the codes from the Harmony and see if the RM4 recognises them.

Otherwise you may be faced with some weird esoteric IR coding scheme that Broadlink doesn’t understand.
