Broken image on Lovelace Picture card

I’m trying to add a floorplan to my ui using this config

cards: 
  - type: picture
    image: /local/floorplan/mainfloor.png

I have created a www folder, and a floorplan folder within that. Made sure that the homeassistant user owns all of those folders and images. Whenever I refresh the web page the image doesn’t load and shows a 404 in the network tab.
