Brother Integration not showing sensors values on default dashboard

Hi there,

I’ve installed the Brother printer integration. In the integrations menu all the sensors are visible (and showing correct values) but none of them are showing up in the default dashboard (whereas the IPP integration values for this printer are showing up).

What am I doing wrong here? Or is this simply not how this integration works??

I experience the same problem, not visible in the default dashboard under the assigned room. When looking at the entities, the room area is shown for all of them. The entities can be included in a card showing each detail.
What is going wrong? Is it HA bug?

Any help is appreciated.

I have exactly the same problem as you guys.

I believe the integration must be somehow missing a small bit, because it doesn’t add any “Sensors,” just the “Diagnostic” info. And that info cannot be added manually to the “Default” dashboard, because when I click on “Add to dashboard” on the “Diagnostic” pane, HA says “No config found.” :frowning:

I created an automation to warn me about low toner, so that is definitely more than I had before, but it would be great to have the “Diagnostic” show on the dashboard as well.
