I don’t know since when, but currently whenever I open entity details in the frontend of Lovelace, the browser freezes when loading the state history as you can see in the screenshot.
Does anybody know what may cause this?

I’m getting the same thing.
Have deleted the home-assistant.db and restarted HA but issue remains.
Actually I am using MariaDB to speed up database performance. In general I don’t think that my machine is slow at all (I am using a MacMini). Any idea what this could cause? A problem with Javascript maybe? I don’t know since when I had this problem, but I am pretty sure that it was not alway there. Maybe it was introduced with one of the last updates? Did anybody else experience similar problems?

I’m very, very new to Home Assistant, but maybe I could help. I had this happen as well, in my case in Brave Browser, History would just essentially crash the browser tab. If any of you are using Brave, just disable Brave Shield, and history will load.
For any other browser, try enabling cross-site cookies and adding your url as an exception to your ad blocker?
