Video doorbell without cloud?

I’d like to get a video doorbell, but I’d strongly prefer one that doesn’t require cloud access, but, rather, runs everything locally. Motion detection ability would also be nice. I don’t have an existing doorbell, so tying into that is a non-issue. Someone on another group mentioned Skybell and Doorbird. Looking around, is Skybell really cloud-less? SIP Doorbell, android tablet and HA integration

I have connected my Grandstream GDS3710 (a SIP enabled video door bell), a tablet running Android (and webrtc), using asterisk in between based on the doordroid.js card made available by @rdehuyss (Thanks a lot!!). I am now able to see and talk to the person ringing on the video door bell and opening the door (if I want to).
