Bulk Entity and Device renaming - Names, IDs and Descriptions

I searched for this in feature requests, was surprised I could not find it.

Seeking a tool / facility to dump to text device/entity names and descriptions to edit offline in a text editor, say, and then reimport the changes - failures due to rules like captialisation in entity ids would be rejected/ignored and the error logged.

Just a simple, generic tool like this would make zwave migration a lot easier and maybe eliminate the need for a dedicated migration tool.

Note: I appreciate, you can go and hack the entity ids file yourself… and I have done this before… but it’s a bit perilous… a tool to do it and catch naming errors would be more secure and user friendly.
