Bunch of read-only entities (no unique ID)?

Hi all. Not sure when or how this happened, but I have a bunch of entities that are read-only and report “This entity does not have a unique ID, therefore its settings cannot be managed from the UI.”
These include all of my Tile trackers, my Wireless Sensor Tags, Darksky, 1 script, and sun and memory and disk use sensors.
Any ideas what could be going on?

Wow. What timing. I just ran into this when I enabled allow_hue_groups for the Philips Hue integration. I previously configured the integration using discovery and that added the “light” devices for the color bulbs. When I enabled allow_hue_groups to also get the LightGroups per this page https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/hue/ I ended up with all of these new entities but no new devices.

@The_Penguin that is just the way some integrations are. If they don’t have a UI configuration option (ie are configured by configuration.yaml) then that will be so.

Is it causing you a particular difficulty?

Not really, I managed to delete a few I needed to. Just seemed new, and wondered if I messed something up.

@nickrout for me it seems to clutter my UI and not allow me to change it. Disclaimer, I’m very new (2 days) to HA.

In the Image below what is “Light” at the top of the LightGroups box and how would I go about changing it?

Sorry again if this is a newbie question.

With lovelace you are completely in control of your UI. If they clutter it, remove them.

So in other words, I have to “Take Control” of lovelace and not allow HA to auto update the UI? Is that what you are saying?

I was saying that, but also you could delete the entities via the config files. I am no expert in that.

OK. Thanks. That gives me a good place to start reading.
