I would consider not to buy any of those Chinese mini PCs. It just talks about preinstalled things on Windows, but I wouldn’t be surprised if these mini PCs would carry already BIOS rootkits as well. Like some Chinese Android TV boxes are coming infected with some nasty stuff.
