In Belgium there is something called ‘Capacity Tarif’ for electricity. This tarif is based on the Power used over a 15 min period.
My Electricity meter integration returns a sensor for this, but the way this sensor works is that it starts at 0, then climbs for 15 minutes and then returns to 0. I want to create a sensor that tracks the ‘delta’ between to consecutive measurements, including when it ‘restarts’ a new 15 minute cycle.
I’m lost so far on how to implement such a sensor.
