Calendar page in sidebar shows all events in UTC

My google calendar sidebar page shows my events in UTC in web browser. On the mobile app, the sidebar shows the correct times.

Similarly, if I go view the calendar entity directly, it shows the correct time. Only the sidebar and only in browser.

My timezone is set correctly under settings->system->general.

Found that the PIA add-on was the culprit, don’t know why but removing this add-on fixed the browser issue.
