this zwave lock does not work with the Yale Access app, according to tech support. the app is needed for calibration. for instance, my door is closed and locked physically. yet the zwave status shows as Opened as seen below. so what’s the trick to calibrate to let the servo or stepper motor know it is in the locked position?
