Calling Alexa routines in 2022.7 - how?

So there’s a new ability in 2022.7:

You can now trigger Alexa routines from switches, toggles, and buttons without the need to wrap them into a binary template sensor first.

How do I do this? I don’t see anything about this in the documentation. Thanks!

I believe this was in reference to what can be used as triggers within routines set up in the Alexa app. If you want to trigger routines from Home Assistant you will need to install the Alexa Media Player custom integration which is available in HACS.
