Camera snapshots not saving suddenly

Not sure when it happened but what worked for years and I did not change is the saving of a camera snapshot to the /config/www/ directory. Suddenly node-red is not coming further than “sending” with a yellow circle:

Did I miss something in the release notes?

My ussue was a dying homeassistant duevto the spotify integration causing the service bus to be overloaded.
