And does it allow distance calibration? Different phones have different BT sensitivity, right?
Don’t understand it myself… 
I briefly setup BT beacons in Living Room and Kids Playroom so that my TV remote dashboard in Hubitat on my Android phone would control the correct TV. It usually worked in knowing which beacon I was closest too but the actual distance was never accurate enough to count on to do something that required precision. I didn’t pursue it so not sure if there is a way to increase precision.
