Can Google Nest Audio used as voice commander locally?

I’m looking for a wireless voice commander input like ESP32 board (However, I don’t want EPS32)
I prefer to Google Audio & AMZ ALEX & Home pod mini, MIC & speaker integrated, using WIFI.
But I don’t have no idea if those devices can be integrated with HA locally, without Google cloud or something.
En … Locally used & wireless commander, that’s what I want.

Finaly I’m considering a voice assistant solution like: Local MIC + AZURE(STT) + AZURE(LLM) + EDGE(TTS) + Speaker.

Can you give some advice ? Thanks !

I hope they work, my only input is the Apple home kit allows hey Siri to control everything in Home Assistant.
I don’t even have a homepod or a mac, just an iPhone and iPad. They’ll only do it when on the local network but that’s fine for me.
There is a HomeKit Bridge.

Edit: I think iPad os might have a home assist kiosk mode also but I haven’t looked that hard into it,

Thank U man. You’re right. Maybe I will have to drop Voice Assistant provided by HA and follow HomeKit like you. I’ve Googled for a long time but no post tells how to use it locally.
