Can I controll white LED independently with Flux Led?

I have a RGBW LED strip and a Flux Led/MagicLight wifi controller. I have it set up as a rgbw in my configuration:

light:
- platform: flux_led
devices:
  192.168.x.x:
    name: rgb_test
    mode: "rgbw"

I want it to work more like an independent RGB controller and a White dimmer. Is this possible with this controller, or do I need to get a new one? LimitlessLED has a white only option.

Have you found a solution for it? 2 years later, I still have the same issue. I cannot use both channels at the same time. The Magic app has this functionality, so the controller can handle it.
