There are a number of updates that can happen…
Have you disabled ‘auto update’ in the add-on info tab?
The rest of the updates I think you need to click update to make them happen, but Im not 100% on that.
Addons are not a problem
Here it says HASSIO tries to autoupdate every 8 hours

What are you using as a DNS server if it’s not an add-on.
Core does not auto update.
I know HassOS and Supervisor will prompt to update on the supervisor tab. Not sure if they will eventually auto update.
As far as I know you can’t disable automatic updates, that’s one of the reasons why I don’t run Home Assistant OS… I want to decide when to update what
