Can i put switches in the light domain?

hi.
i’m planning to replace the light switches in my flat with smart switches. is there a way to make sure they end up in the light domain instead of the switch domain?

also, i have one light that is controlled by a smart plug. is there a way to make that one appear in the light domain instead of the switch domain, without an entry in configuration.yaml?
