Can I turn this old domotic system compatible with home assistant?

Hi everyone, my dad install this system back in 2003, it is huge but currently is “dumb” the company that instal it no longer give us support.
This used to work connected to a PC and we use remote access to the PC to control it, but it’s far too be user friendly.
I’m wondering if you have any thoughts on how to integrate this type of system with home assistant.

First thing to do: If you don’t have it already, request the project file ( .knxproj file or whatever file format they used if they use older ETS version) from the company who set it up.
