Can I upgrade without losing data to supervisor

Hi,

I want to make a back-up from mine Home Assistant.
But I can’t do that because I don’t have a supervisor option.
Now I’m seeing that you can choose two versions from Home assistant one with and one without supervisor.

Is it possible to upgrade mine (installed virtual) home assistant to a version with supervisor. And is that possible without losing data and setting?

Yes. Copy EVERYTHING from your configuration directory (including all hidden files) to another computer.

Then install your new version with supervisor, delete the entire contents of your new installs configuration folder and replace it with the one you saved.

Reboot.
