Can I use GE Z-wave switches with this wiring config?

I am unexperienced with house wiring outside of installing some fan and fixtures in the past, is it possible to install a GE zwave paddle switch with this config? I am confused about the wiring of the neutral and switched hot.

As long as you have hot, neutral and ground where you want to install the switch you’re fine. In most residential that’s just the black, white, and green(copper).
