Short question. I am looking into integrating snips.ai as a voice interface to my home assistant setup on the rPi3 (see e.g. https://medium.com/snips-ai/integrating-snips-with-home-assistant-314723645c77). I also happen to own a Sonos One, which comes with a mic. Is it possible to connect these, so that I can use the Sonos One as the mic for the snips bot? That would save me an ugly external mic setup and significantly lower the bar to experiment with this.
Hi Kristomi, yeah that’s a really good question. I’m actually searching for the same. I don’t like to activate Alexa. Why not having Snips instead and using the mic of Sonos One. Anyone who has the same intention or anyone who already developed something similar? KuLeo
