With a /22 network in the range you specified you have usable ip addresses from 192.168.68.1 - 192.168.71.254. Your DNS server 192.168.1.1 does not fall into that range. I am guessing you do not have several vlans defined? What did you aim to accomplish changing the mode on the router?
