Can not find my "Honeywell total confort anymore"

Hi there … I have an issue … I have a n Honeywell Total confort connected thermostat for my heating system, with 10 zones. All is configured in my HA, but I do not recall how I configured the integration, nor find it anywhere ?!?

Can someone help in here ?

I can find the entity (4th line) :

It says integration is “Honeywell Total Connect Confiort” … but can not find it in my integrations :

How the hell could I configure this entity under that integration, without having this integration defined ??

Oh wow that is indeed a mystery! Maybe check to see if the Integration is “ignored”… from the Integrations page, click on the upper right 3-bar upside down triangle and click on “Show ignored Integrations”. I doubt this is the problem, but only thing that comes to mind.

Also, on the “Devices” page, click on “Salon” and there should be a “Device Info”, so hopefully this shows “Honeywell Total Connect Confiort” that you can click on to get to the integration.

No … on the integrations page, nothing “Ignored”.

On the “Devices”, I do not have "Salon, as this is a location, but on the Entities, I can find the entity “climate.salon”

… and if I click on it, I see the climate card :

…but still no entity …

P.S. I found out in the configuration.yaml the following :

# Example configuration.yaml entry
evohome:
  username: <username>
  password: <my password>

I am wondering if I didn’t find that on a four asking to put this there on the configuration file … but still no integration found

On your Salon climate card, click on the 3-dots upper right, it should have a “Device Info” selection. Click on it and what do you get?

It says that the entity os not provided by the evohome integration …

If I go to parameters and entities, I see my 5 entities, but there is a king of “reload” icon next to them :

I just find back that the way to integrate the evohome was by adding the user / password in the yaml config file as described here

… but I am lost now why the evohome is not working anymore ??
