I just bought a Green, signed up to the service and can not log in. I’ve tried every possiblle combination of user names and password I can imagine, Nothing works. It is worthless to me if I can not get in. I can find nothing about how to reset the box.
Not much to go on. Did you go through onboarding ? What user name and password did you set there ?
Can you connect a screen to the green ?

Hi, did you use any special characters in your username/password?
Capitals can be an issue.
