Hello, I have HA and Zigbee2MQTT installed, it detects the SNZB-03, SNZB-04, but the ZBmini tells me that it does not recognize it.
In the registry it puts this:

Are you running the latest HA, Z2M software and is the firmware in your coordinator up-to-date?
Sometimes you need to do this multiple times, remove (force) the one and repair again.
es, the Sonoff Dongle 3.0 usb is updated to the latest version, I have tried it several times, but nothing, it does not integrate
It is probably ot the dongle… 2 days ago I lost one of my devices that was active since early september, took me about 10 times to repair…beats me why. I did a lot of force remove and pair and at some point it worked again. It may also need some time too, i.e. shows up with warning but that disappears when the device sends updates (switch it on / off)
I have uninstalled it, and now it does not appear, it is about 10 meters from the Dongle, in a registry box.
To avoid attempts with a broken device
. …move it close to the dongle and try re-pair. Some zigbee devices state a range of 10’s of meters in free but in reality above 5m the connectivity issues start occurring

It seems that this is solved, but now I get another error, I really don’t know if it’s me or bad luck, what worked before doesn’t work now.
So what I read is that the ZBMINI now shows ok but 3 others turned to issues with ‘availability’. Try to reconfigure (yellow icon). I have the impression this is with Z2M whcih sometimes does weird things too. e.g. I added a presence sensor a while back which paired after 2-3 attempts but then my HA received all sorts of MQTT updates for other sensors, really odd too … this happened again when I paired a second of the same sensor. … As long as you get the others back, would not worry too much but if it continues…raise a tickets with Z2M, Koenk is usually quite quick to response with ideas
My experience with Sonoff is it is badly made, shoddy rubbish with crap firmware and it has minimal longevity. The support I asked for was not provided.
I won’t ever buy that rubbish again.
There are indeed mixed messages, my experience is quite good, 3 zbmini, 2 door sensors, 2 motion sensors and a humidity sensor all working fine…but I clearly have read the same bad experience as you have.
I precisely bought these cheap ones to get started in this world, but I’m losing my desire, if you use presence sensors, what brand are they?
I use the Aqara FP1 but these are not great…hereby a whole thread with reading stuff… 2-3 weeks ago posts on new models, half the price of FP1

The Aqara FP1 costs €50, I really don’t know if I won’t have problems, I would have to buy three and I wouldn’t like it to be wasted money
