Hey everyone. I’ve been using Homeassistant for years, but this is my first post. My house is a mixture of Insteon and Inovelli switches, with Insteon running most of my really important lights in the main living areas (which is nice because they still work fine when HA is down because I did something stupid) and Inovelli in a more recently updated basement area with Zigbee can lights and some LED strips. Recently, I went to replace some more of the downstairs switches and found out that Inovelli isn’t selling much of anything right now, and the new Blue series still has some issues which I suspect may take a while to work out. My requirements are as follows:
- Scene control, preferably with a blueprint that I can use for easy programming. The Red series blueprint is amazing and has made it so much easier to use. Doesn’t have to be crazy like the Inovelli’s, but a few different triggers that could be used with Home Assistant would be nice.
- Replacement paddle so I can change to light almond (unfortunately all of the switches and outlets are light almond, not white).
- Blending in aesthetically with the existing Inovelli switches would also be nice.
Any suggestions? I can’t find any Inovelli Reds, even on ebay. I ordered a Black series dimmer to test out and am having difficulty getting scene support to work, even with the latest firmware update. If anyone has experience with that, let me know.
Thanks!
