Can’t access HA through Nabu whilst abroad

Hi. I am currently on holiday and can’t access my HA app - doesn’t load at all. At home my app works remotely perfectly through the cloud service but nothing abroad. Have tried a VPN pointing to UK servers but still the same. Any pointers would be appreciated.

I too am having this issue. My external URL is showing home assistant cloud.
It works on my phone, but not my MacBook remotely.

I get either 1001, or 1004 error depending on which way the wind is blowing.
