Can´t install any Add-on or Home Assistant Cloud (Nabu Casa)

I am new in the home assistant world.

I installed a fresh system based on an Intel NUC system with VirtualBox 6.1.16 and the VDI Image hassos_ova-5.9.vdi. The installation went well so far. I took care for the VirtualBox setting (4GB Ram, 2 Cores and LAN bridged with allowed Prosmiscous mode. And I set the IPV4 Addresses with nmcli as described without problems. I can login and some of my Shellys have been detected.

But i can´t install any add-on:
Failed to install addon
500 Server Error for http+docker://localhost/v1.40/images/create?tag=9.3.0&fromImage=homeassistant%2Famd64-addon-samba: Internal Server Error (“Get “https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/”: net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)”)

And I can´t connect to the home assistant cloud (“Unable to reach the Home Assistant cloud”.)

Do you have an idea whats wrong. Do i need to set other
configs in Virtualbox?

I have both of these exact same issues. It was after a particular upgrade several months ago. Unfortunately, I cannot recall which. I am running on an HA Blue which I just re-flashed and started from scratch but still no joy.

I have set my IPv4 address to be static with a DNS of 8.8.8.8 as recommended but no luck.
