Hi! I’m trying to fresh install Home Assistant on my new NUC with Nvme SSD Silicon Power p34a60. Just done the installation from Ubuntu, then reboot — and catch an error with FS. See the screenshot.
It’s still running.
Let it finish.
That’s only 15 mins in. it could take an hour.
Be patient.
I would suspect a hardware error, either with the nvme disk or the controller.
My current HAOS is on a dell micro pc, nvme boot + a larger sata storage disk.
Looks to me like it’s bumping thru disk errors, as it’s currently buolding the OS and expanding the root drive as per your screen.
Turn the display monitor screen off or face it to the wall. Come back in an hour.
So, tried as you advised, but it has no sense — just infinite errors.
Well they appear from here to be media errors.
I’m not an expert and I don’t have your hardware in my hands so it’s a bit hard to tell.
I run HAOS on a NUC and I have no issues.
Either a media failure or you have something enabled in the BIOS, like SecureBoot or maybe a boot protection feature.
