Can the Raspberry Pi Host display the HA Webpage?

Forgive my newness, but I bought this really cool RP4 mounted in a 10.1 touch screen. I installed it using Balena and I’m able to see devices on my network when I browse with my PC. Did the HA installation completely step on the rest of the OS so there is no web browser? I would love to display my devices on the 10.1" screen. If I type “exit” at the HA prompt, it merely displays the text logo and does nothing. Is what I’m asking even feasible?

Not using the Home Assistant OS installation method. It runs “headless”, there is no desktop environment.

Phooey. Is there a way to install it from Raspian? That way I can also use the touchscreen driver. Can you point me to a URL that covers this? Thanks.

Sure, you could install Home Assistant Core or Home Assistant Container. Make yourself aware of their limitations and level of expertise required first though.
