Cannot access HA after installation

Have installed HA on my Mac via VirtualBox and the installation went fine, but I can’t get access to HA at all. Tried “http://homeassistant.local:8123/”, http://homeassistant:8123/" and via my ip - no luck. Pls see screenshot

The IP of your VM or the IP of the host machine?

IP of the host machine . how do I find the IP of the VM?

Its working now - I think it was the network settings in VirtualBox…
