Cannot access Home Assistant Local Network

Hi all,

Home Assistant is running very nice lately, but all of a sudden I cannot access HA from my local network anymore using my duckdns URL. I can access it from my phone using 5G (same URL) and also using my the IP address url (https://192.168.0.x:8123). Only the x.duckdns.org URL doesn’t work when I’m connected to my local network.

What I did already:

  • look into /config/ip_bans.yaml, no mentions
  • restart the duckdns add-on, no effect
  • checked my duckdns login page, nothing seems off nor changed there lately
  • checked my router settings, all seems well. HA is on the same IP (static), port forwarding is as it should be.

Below the notification that I get when I try to login on my local network:

Any suggestions?

Kind regards,
Matthijs

Hi, it’s been a while and I hoped for some response. The issue resolved itself, but I can’t find a root cause. Today it occured again and I’m not able to solve it.

Any direction I can look into?
