Cannot connect IOS app via HA Cloud since AWS problem

Hello.

I’ve been unable to connect to my HA instance via the cloud from my Apple devices since last night. I can log into and out of the cloud from a browser connection, and the mobile apps connect to the internal URL, but they will not connect via HA Cloud.

I tried resetting the iPhone app, but it will not authenticate with the auto-discovered external URL. I get “Unknown error: URLSessionTask failed with error: The request timed out.”

Help, please!

Does restarting your Home Assistant server work?

Yes that works. I’m embarrassed to not have tried that before asking for help.
