Hi Albert,
Did you try different browsers? And on your phone from the mobile network?
There is also a log on https://[your-home-assistantaddress]/hassio/addon/core_duckdns/logs
Does that give useful information?
Did you consider NabuCasa:

Can yout still connect to HA locally? If so, whats in die HA logs?
Do you get more information in your browsers debugging console? (F12)
You disabled the trusted_proxies setting in HA, thats usually results in an http/400 error.
Still not working. Does anybody knows a paid service that can assist you remotely with HA configuration?
Did you get this working. I have the same problem
I had the same issue after about 90 days of using remote access. I thought something was wrong with my DuckDNS addon or I had to use the LetsEncrypt addon separately. I also do NOT use the NGINX addon.
After looking through this thread, I found above where the configuration.yaml had two entries for internal and external URL. This was not a part of my config.yaml nor was it mentioned in the 2 YT videos I followed to create my remote access.
Once I added those two lines, everything worked just fine. I’m curious why it worked previously for several months without those entries, and now won’t…but I’m happy with just having it work!
Good day, same issue here, have someone solved it?
