Cannot create Scene

Trying to create a scene, 1 light full bright white color.
I can add the light and configure it as a device or entity, hit save, no errors, but in scenes there are no scenes, nor do I see it if I try to launch a scene from a button.

Create a file scenes.yaml, and at this line to configuration.yaml :

scene: !include scenes.yaml
