Cannot find [test] Home Assistant in "Works with Google"

Hey everyone

I just finished setting up a Cloudflare tunnel and Actions by Google to integrate Google assistant with my HA. The last thing I need to do is add “[test] Home Assistant” in Google Home, and its just not there. I’ve done this a number of times before and it usually just works.

I’m stumped, and don’t know what I can do to troubleshoot. Any suggestions?

What guide did you follow?

I followed this one: Integrate Home Assistant with Google Home | by Ferry Djaja | Medium

Not sure it matters though, since they all say you need to install that integration in Google Home. And suddenly its just not there.

Probably your biggest issue is following a guide that is 2 years old. All I can do is recommend you follow the official documentation.

As with all things they change and the official docs tend to be more up to date.
