Cannot get Conbee 2 working

I am new to home assistant, after some research I bought a Conbee2 and am using deconz installed from within Hassio on a raspberry Pi 4
I have set the config as “/dev/ttyAMA0”
I can open and run the web UI -but the firmware is not showing and I cannot get anything to pair?

I was hoping this forum would be more helpful
I ended up ordering a new conbee 2 and out of the box it worked
the other was not detected by the pi at all it seemed

Sorry to see you didn’t get any response, however you did post with ‘z-wave’ tagged for a ‘zigbee’ device. There is actually an official Deconz thread that probably would have been better for you to post in rather than creating a new thread. That thread is very active. Good to hear you got it sorted though
