Cannot get Emulated Hue to work

I have Sengled bulbs that I want to use with Alexa via Emulated Hue. I have the following added to the configuration.yaml file:

 emulated_hue:
  host_ip: 192.168.86.41
  listen_port: 80

However, I am unable to add the Hue skill (“There are no Bridges on your network”) or add it via Add Devices (none found).

The [HA IP]:80/description.xml returns:

Been banging my head trying to figure this out without any luck (though I admit being a newbie, so maybe I’m just being dumb).

Looking at what you showed above, that looks correct to me. I checked against mine and its the same. I have noticed that I sometimes have to click the discover button a few times for it to pop up.

Port 8300 hasn’t worked for some time as far as I can remember, Amazon did an update and moved the port to 80.

There is already a rather large thread that discusses this issue. It might be better to move your questions there instead of double posting.
