Cannot get Nabu Casa to work with Companion

I re-installed the app, and it showed that Nabu Casa was detected.

However, in the configuration, the internal IP is still in External, and whatever I do, it does not allow me to remove the External URL.

Can anybody help me? I would like to pay the service, but not if it does not work.
