it worked fine but today I had problems so I’ve tried to redo and now I’m stuck, is it connected to issue with supervisor unable to update?
Yes it does…eventually:

➜ ~ ha supervisor update
Processing... Done.
Command completed successfully.
FWIW, it’s just updated for me without doing anything more exciting that pressing “update”. A sample size of one isn’t much, but perhaps things are looking more healthy now?
Just hit “ha supervisor repair”, when finished, then try again to update. Work like a charm for me.
Is there a way to ignore this update? It seems strange that issue with external service, makes HA unable do to anything. I’ve choose home assistant to be independent from anything outside my network but it seems that’s not exactly true…
I see it’s working now, but still for future it wold be good to have possibility to choose when I want to install updates, and not being forced to do so, as soon as it’s released.
Sure. Just hit the ignore button
Just done the update. It worked now.
It didn’t changed anything, I couldn’t install addons, cause it was saying unhealthy system. I’m doing fresh configuration.
Now it’s updated so can’t show screens, how it looked like.
It also worked for me now the update, and my house is running again.
Working, so the fix was patience
Not true. Supervisor is marked for autoupdate, update cannot be ignored (when you press “ignore”, message with explanation will pop up and it can be discarded, but update will not be ignored and will still be visible).
Yes, working here too now,.
mine is working now… at some point supervisor updated itself and now the other updates are working
Mine worked an hour ago (after failing a couple attempts), but now the status shows installed version 2024.11.3; latest version 2024.11.2. The release announcement link opens a page for 2024.11.2.
I hope there wasn’t some other issue that resulted in rolling back the update and somehow I have a version with a problem.
[core-ssh ~]$ ha supervisor update
Processing… Done.
Error: No supervisor update available - 2024.11.2
Well I had finally gotten it to update to 2024.11.1 then it suddenly restarted and reverted back to my previous version again. What the heck.
The fix doesn’t work for me. The system is now unhealthy, and it’s not possible to install anything. Even several restarts didn’t help. Any idea what to do about it?
We moved back to 2024.11.2 on the stable channel due to the rollout issue discussed here. So currently 2024.11.2 is the version considered stable.
The 2024.11.2 version is fine. 2024.11.3 fixes some minor add-on frontend issues.
