Cannot load OS for the First Time

I have tried every suggestion in previous posts, and I know this is a DNS issue, 500 Server Error.

I have tried to set the DNS locally in HA, and it says successful, however it doesn’t actually set the DNS. My router is already configured for 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. I have been trying for the last 4 hours and still stuck with this error.

Any help would be appreciated at this point.
