Cannot load Web Frontend on one iPad

Hi,
I had adressed the issue already earlier, even opened a github issue:
https://github.com/home-assistant/frontend/issues/6618

but no solution yet ;(
In the endless effort to get my iPad running I tried many things:

  • checking any authorisation issues
  • checking any IP banning inside/outside HA
  • changing my LAN IP address for the iPad
  • using 3 different browsers
  • restarting iPad, reinstalling browsers
  • delete complete HA config folder (on my Rasp3) , start from scratch

The most bizarre observation however:

  • The Web GUI loads fine on 2 other iPhones and another iPad…???

So the heck what is wrong with my main iPad?? Other than the background it does not load any content, not even asking for authorisation…

I still hope for someone with a brilliant idea whats causing this issue…

I think I am experiencing the same issue. I can log in via my computer and iphones but my iPad gets stuck on initializing when using the app and when I try chrome it gives me the blue banner and white background.

note: I have not logged in with the ipad in the past, so any tokens and such would not exist.

There must be very hidden flaw in the authorisation module for the frontend. Unfortunately you cannot disable the authorisation completely even if you work with a trusted network.
The only option for a accessible GUI for my iPad is via Appdaemon and their HA-Dashboard as this is not served by the HA web server.
