I installed Home Assistant in VMWare Fusion from haos_ova-10.3.vdi file. It starts OK and everything seems good after I do the onboarding, but as soon as I log out, I cannot log back in. It always gives me “Invalid username or password”. I started new onboarding process as suggested here I'm Locked Out! - Home Assistant This time I made sure my login and password were correct, but I had the same problem - as soon as I logged out, I was not able to log back in. There must be something wrong with this image because I literally did not do anything except running the image and setting up the user as per instructions. Here is the error message in the log:
