Cannot sign into my HA account

Hi, I recently connected my new HA Green and I cannot sign into my account.

Were you able to successfully create an account when you did the initial setup of HA Green? And were you able to sign in to that account but now you can’t?

Yes I created an account in the initial setup but now I cannot sign in

Try resetting / fresh install:

I’ve tried that and it still wont let me in

It seems like it is not factory resetting the Green Device
