Cannot update esp32-s3-box as file exists

Hi all.

I am using an ESP32-S3-BOX-3B. I have done a number of updates successfully but the last on fails as a file already exists. Log below… Can anyone help with the location of this file so I can delete it and hopefully finish the update. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Last couple of lines of the log are below. System will not let me paste the entire log.

Do a clean via the menu.

Thank you. I had a work around but this is much cleaner, and the correct way to do it.
