Cant access UI - No idea what I am doing

I have home assistant running on windows 10 with VM virtualbox. This has been working fine for months. This morning I could not access my home assistant from the phone app or the webpage. I restarted by computer. HA appears to have booted fine and the supervisor shows as started. I still cant access the UI from phone or webpage. I dont know how to view log files or what logs to look at. I didnt install samba or SSH or anything. I am stuck and I have no Idea what to do. Can someone please help me and talk me through steps (like I am an idiot please)

Check if you have run out of disk space in the following places:

  1. the VM itself
  2. Windows system

Something affected the running of the VM and you should focus on making certain your VM can start and produces no errors.

I figured it out.
I didn’t have a static ip set for my VM on my router. Once i figured that out, I rebooted and everything is back.
