I am having a problem accessing the web interface as I am only getting the top blue bar and nothing else. From the page source I can see only some headers and the following:
Home Assistant had trouble connecting to the server.
The strange thing is that home assistant seems to work fine in the background and all automations work. This started after updating to the latest version
Is there a way to fix that or do I have to reinstall it?
What browser you using? I had this happen on windows 10 with edge as well as my old mac book pro running snow leopard all browsers. My windows 10 chrome works, my android phone chrome works and after upgrading my mac to el captian chrome works.
Chrome on Windows is the only one that always works for me. I have seen this (blue bar at the top) on a Kindle with stock browser. For Kindle I use Kiosk Browser - works flawless.
I also had only blue bar visible, but on one device everything worked fine. I first thought that it might be some security restrictions. But after the update I did everything is ok for all devices I tried.
